Max Andres Lopez
Max is a Partner at the Law Office of Fausto A. Rosales, P.A. He was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Max received a Certificate in Environmental Justice and served as student articles editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. He was a member of the following legal societies: Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court and the Rosemary Barkett Appellate Inn of Court, Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. Max also had the opportunity to serve as a judicial intern at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and clerked with two high-profile litigation law firms in Miami.
Before joining the Firm, Max started his career at a boutique litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida and then went on to work for two large, nationally-recognized law firms based in South Florida. For many years, Max represented and worked with numerous individuals, corporations, retailers, shopping malls, condominium associations, insurance companies, and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has represented homeowners, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects in various construction-related matters. Max’s vast experience has allowed him to develop a unique skill set to effectively and efficiently represent the firm’s clients on a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to civil litigation, commercial/business law, trusts, probate and estate matters, and guardianship matters.
Max is happily married to his lovely wife, Heather. Together they have two children, Aubrey and Wesley. On his free time, Max enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, cooking authentic barbecue and hobbyist woodworking.
