Fausto Antonio Rosales, Esq

Fausto Antonio Rosales, Esq. advises clients on a wide range of business, property, and consumer transaction and litigation matters, including contract disputes; business purchase transactions; start-up law; real estate matters; and issues involving general civil litigation.

Born in Nicaragua but raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Rosales attended the University of Miami School of Business Administration, graduating with a concentration in International Finance and Marketing. Following business school, Mr. Rosales worked as a Financial Advisor Associate for a Fortune 500 Swiss wealth management firm advising ultra-high net worth clients on financial and estate planning matters. Seeking to fulfill his life-long dream, Mr. Rosales then enrolled at St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Mr. Rosales made Dean’s list several times and was awarded the nationally recognized CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Legal Research and Writing. Mr. Rosales is also an International Baccalaureate (“IB”) diploma program recipient.

Mr. Rosales’ professional experience is as diverse as his clients. During law school, Mr. Rosales obtained a position within the United States Securities and Exchange Commission – Miami Regional Office Division of Enforcement Trial and Litigation Team via the SEC’s highly coveted Honor’s Observer’s Program. Mr. Rosales also clerked in the Office of the General Counsel for the Trump Dezer Development company, one of the largest private residential and commercial property developers in the Southeast United States. Prior to establishing The Law Office of Fausto A. Rosales, P.A., Mr. Rosales represented one of the largest U.S. national banking conglomerates in Florida state court and arbitration proceedings in connection with consumer finance and lender-based litigation, loan servicing litigation, and real property disputes.

Mr. Rosales represents clients in various business transactions and litigation matters. Specifically, Mr. Rosales regularly advises entrepreneurs and small business owners in contract and business disputes; represents consumers in high-stakes consumer debt collection cases; represents landlords in landlord-tenant eviction matters; and helps homeowners in foreclosure defense, modification, and short sale matters.

Mr. Rosales resides in the urban core of Downtown Miami.
