Connie Peña, Esq

Connie Peña, Esq., provides client and attorney support to the firm in the areas of criminal defense, immigration law, and family law.

Connie Peña has always strived to help her community and those in need. She served as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida, where she fought for the rights of her clients, from pre-filing of formal criminal charges through multiple jury and bench trials ranging between misdemeanors and 1st degree felonies.

Connie Peña is also involved in the community. Currently, she holds the position of President for the 2017-2018 term of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association. In addition, she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Connie Peña is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish, and proficient in French and Portuguese.
