Jannel Palenzuela
Jannel is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Fausto A. Rosales, P.A. Jannel advises clients in various aspects of litigation, including residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters; business disputes; real estate litigation; and contract disputes. She assists clients by walking them through complex concepts and procedures and advising them accordingly. Jannel also guides clients through the multi-faceted estate planning process and probate proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm as an attorney, Jannel supported the Firm as a law clerk while attending law school. Jannel quickly showed immense ambition, meticulousness, and sharpness in her work. As an attorney, Jannel has maintained the same determination aimed at providing diligent, thorough, and favorable representation for clients.
Jannel graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Complex Litigation. Prior to that, she obtained her B.A. at Florida International University. Before fulfilling her lifelong goal of attending law school and becoming a lawyer, Jannel helped manage tens of thousands of property tax and homestead exemption appeals throughout South Florida. Her vast experience assures clients that their concerns will be addressed by someone with an understanding of their real estate tax and exemption options.
Jannel was born and raised in Miami, Florida, is of Cuban descent, and is fluent in Spanish. During her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her partner and family.
